Madewell manufactures a complete line of mixing, pumping and spraying equipment to apply the products we manufacture in just about any conceivable application. In addition to complete equipment packages, we sell individual components that can be custom mixed and matched to fit the job at hand.

The restoration trailer shown here does it all. Surface preparation is performed using an on-board hydraulically powered water blaster. After surface prep, this rig can mix, pump and spray restoration mortars as well as mix, proportion and spray high build epoxy topcoat materials.

This package contains the following components:

• 80 hp John Deere diesel engine

The truck-mounted equipment package shown here is more specialized. It is designed to apply restoration mortars only. Note that the four wheel drive truck platform allows access to difficult-to-reach locations. All of the equipment on this truck bed has been installed so that it can be removed with only a few hours labor, freeing up the truck for other uses. Many different types of platforms can be used including track-mounted crawlers and drag-behind sleds - equipment components can either be mounted on platforms provided by Madewell or use your existing platform.
