I absolutely love this top ! I purchased an XS , my usual size in all Madewell tops . I have a smaller chest 34A , 134 lbs. and a petite frame. I intend to wear this top with my high waisted denim since it is slightly cropped but long enough to cover my natural waistline . The eyelet details are superb and the cotton fabric is light enough for warm spring and summer days. The ruffled details are not overly exaggerated but still on trend. This cute little top is definitely fun and flirty!

Love this top and have gotten great comments on it. One note - it DOES run small...I am usually a xs or a s depending on the top, but the top's structure is shorter by nature and very fitted. I ended up buying a M.

i went into the madewell store today and instantly fell in love with this top. i tried it on immediately. i grabbed an XXS and small because they were out of my usual XS. XXS was a tad too small but it wasnt extremely tight either. i tried on small and it fit beautifully! i wonder if maybe XS wouldve been a tad too tight as well? either way i purchased small and i couldnt be happier. excellent quality fabric and not see through at all. the fit is EXACTLY like the model shown above.

I purchased this season's eyelet top and love it. But for the first time in Madewell sizing I had to size up (I am usually a small). I ordered this top in 2 sizes because of that experience and I so glad I did. This top is short. I ended up keeping the medium. Super cute and great price. But again the sizing is a bit off and there is absolutely no tucking this top in.

Oh Madewell! What is with the past season's tops? Why are they consistently 1-2 inches too short even when I size up? I keep having to return the cutest tops because they are too short (including this one) and I wear high waist pants/skirts/jeans. White, eyelet and ruffles should be a winning combination. Maybe I can hope that next season will be better. :(

Just wasted beautiful eyelet fabric and a wasted potential for a staple for everyone. I understand that the fashion trends are cropped tops. BUT, it is way too short - I wear a M and ordered M and L to settle with a size. Both are way too short, fall at the natural waste. If you are trying to make a staple that can be used and enjoyed for years, please, make it classy. Returning both, very very disappointed!
