Here it is by the numbers: 2 pieces of fine leather are used for the body of the bag. 18 inches: the length of the removable crossbody strap (you can also carry it by the sturdy top handles). 2 interior side pockets—perfect for your phone, train pass, whatever. 4: the number of hours it'll hang with you at a concert. This bag is the exact size and style I was looking for. I can use it everyday and mostly for travel. I love the top zipper- everything is secure, but i have easy access to the inside. The hardware is that perfect slightly burnished gold that is a signature of Madewell leather goods and jewelry/ accessories. I was hesitant to carry a small bag (i mean i need everything with me, right), but this is the perfect size and shape to carry my wallet, cell phone, makeup bag, sunglasses, lipsticks, kleenex, gum, travel hairspray without over stuffing it.. The leather is good quality and will be fine if it gets a little roughed up from usage. I have this bag in black and plan on purchasing the larger size in the cognac/ brown. I added the matching black Madewell key-chain clipped on the side for a little flair.

I am not one for very flashy bags. I never really bought a bag that ever cost this much before but it was worth it. I love this bag so much and I hope it last me a very long time because I dont think i will ever want to replace it. I dont find bags I love very easily so I was thrilled when this bag was released. I went in store to buy it right away. Im a pretty short person so I can never find a bag thats the right size for me. Bags are either too big or too small but this is just right. I like to carry my life in my bag (first aid, glasses, meds, snacks, and everything in between) and it fits all that and more

I purchased this bag to down size from the purse I’ve been carrying for a few years. It has plenty of room! The interior pockets help you stay organized, but it’s small enough to carry everyday without feeling so heavy. The simple black design goes with everything. Love it!

This crossbody purse is so versatile and perfectly sized I purchased it in black and antique rose!! It looks professional and sleek and it gives class to any outfit you wish to pair it with! The shoulder strap and handle give even more ways of using this wonderful purse which can be a tote as well!

I love this bag so much! The leather is very nice and I love the small handles so much more than I thought I would at first - so easy to carry! Some people have commented that they didn't like the texture of the strap (one side is smooth leather and the other is a bit rougher) but I've found that the rougher side really helps keep the bag from slipping off my shoulder when I'm walking. This is the perfect everyday bag!
