student Cecilie Jørgensen threw together a tunic from some of her mom's vintage scarves and, a thousand where-did-you-get-thats later, a new label was born. Made of textural crinkle jacquard, this tie-waisted dress with ruffled shoulders couldn't be easier to wear.
