This top goes with everything! Equally Cute with jeans or your fave pencil skirt. Worried it might be an ironing mess but it washed well! Fit is a bit snug through shoulders but not uncomfortable . Full bottom offers some flex for us curvy girls. Thanks Made well

I have been waiting to find a versatile peplum shirt for years and this is it. I am a fan of Madewell button-ups for the most part. The Workshirt was one of my favorite styles of the past as it fit my body type well. The Lakeside shirt is another winner for me. I had tried a small at first as some reviewers said to size down. I returned it for my regular medium and love the fit. I have petite shoulders and short arms, but am pretty normal beyond that. The fabric of this shirt has a delightful and distinctive crispness and is neither too light nor too heavy. The shape is rather boxy, as it is shown in the photos. I recommend looking at the other colors of Lakeside shirts to get a better sense of the silhouette.

I absolutely love this top. I never thought I'd wear peplum as I'm curvy, but this shirt just works. it will look great with cropped pants/jeans. I had to order up a size as my normal size was tight in the chest.

I love the style of this top but it's oddly wrinkly and I even tried to steam it and it still looked very rumpled when I actually put it on. It's a shame since it's so cute and I was excited to wear it to work but it just didn't look professional after 2 mins of wearing.

I wanted to love this blouse because the material is so nice and I thought the peplum aspect of the shirt would make it a nice variation on a wardrobe staple (the white blouse). However, I'm disappointed because it's short and wide in my normal size small (5'4, 120lbs). It barely reaches the bottom of my pants but is not at all flattering or fitted around my upper body. When I reach my hands above my head the shirt rides up far beyond my belly button. I think I'm done with Madewell because their clothes always seem to be in this odd boxy shape that is both too small (short) and too large (wide) at the same time making it impossible to find a good fit in any size. Just not worth the price to shop here anymore.
