Love these sneakers! Only thing to note, I would not follow Madewell's recommendation on sizing. Instead, only size down a half size.

This is a super shoe. Really nice style, love the proportions and the toe. For me, they ran small. I had to size up a whole size from my normal. A little narrow in the toe box, but really worth having. Good quality. The gold is a nice touch.

Ever since I put them on I have people constantly asking and complimenting me!! For sizing definitely read instructions on Madewell product description. Other than that I am super happy with my purchase! Love them. They are simple and outstanding at the same time! Btw, this was my birthday gift to myself!
