These pants are awesome. The pleats make the pants fall perfect on the body. They are a thicker jean (which I love) and are so comfortable. I am usually a size 27 in Madewell and bought these pants in a size 4 (usually would go for a size 6, but read other reviews first), and they fit amazing. I would highly recommend these for everyone!

I love these jeans so much! Thank you for making a flattering wide leg! They are super comfy and cute. They have just the right amount of stretch. I can’t wait to wear them this fall and winter with some boots and sweaters. I’m 5.6” 133 and the size 4 fit perfect.

These are one of my favorite jeans! They are a member of my many wide leg jeans collection from madewell! If you are not a wider leg fan skip as they have pretty wide legs but if you love wise legs you will be in love! I had to have these) they look great with any top/cardigan and the pleats are great; they mix it up. The denim is lighter weight also which is nice for a change, I personally hate heavy denim. I bought a 30/10 and I am 5’7 and 170 for reference. I highly recommend!!

I love these pants. They are effortlessly cute and comfortable, and have just a bit of an 80's summer camp vibe. I'm a huge fan of the wide-legged pants look, but find that the emmett and other wide leg pants look a bit awkward on me because of my wide hips/thighs. The pleated pants help me achieve the wide leg look while affording a little extra room for my hips/thighs and avoiding the awkward hug-and-flare look of other pants. I'm a size 8 at madewell and found the 8 was just right for my waist.

I don’t think I’ve worn any other pants since buying these (besides work pants). These are my go-to pants now! Even in 90 degrees, the pants feel cool and my legs feel free. There’s something about the wide leg style that makes them look a little dressed up too. I can’t recommend these enough! I actually bought a size 2 originally and considered returning because they were a little big (I normally wear a 0 but had recently bought a pair from madewell that ran small and thought I had grown). Instead, I ordered the size 0 and sold the size 2 to a friend who happened to be around when I was trying them on. She loves them too!

I love these pants. Madewell usually always runs a bit large for me so I ordered these pants in a size 2 and they fit great. They are high waisted and sit perfectly above my waist without making me feel like I cannot breathe, like other high-waisted pants I own. They go with everything and are cropped perfectly on me right above my ankles, im 5'3.

I was looking for wide legged high waisted pants and these fit the bill! Denim is sturdy and the pleating adds a nice detail as opposed to regular wide legged pants. I purchased 0 and 2 to see which size fit better. Because it is high waisted, I settled on 2 so I could tuck in shirts or sweaters. I might consider shortening them an inch but they hit right above my ankles and looks great with heels and flats.
