I usually purchase SM but can get away with the XS most of the time. Same is true here except if you have larger arms. There is a button you could open up but that is the only place where I think a person might run into issues. Overall, very cute shirt - and per usual, dress it up or dress it down.

I love this top! I paired it with a pair of black paper bag pants, tucked in. My only (minor) complaint is that the fabric is extremely delicate and it's already looking like it could possibly fray around the neckline.

They only had a XS on the rack, which is my typical size. I would have tried on a S just to compare, but the XS fit perfect. Love the material and the pattern is so darling. Can't wait to wear it!

Agree with the other reviewer that said this top is much cuter in person! It is 100% silk and has a really nice drape and feel. The ruffles make it feel girly but not too cutesy. Would look cute with black jeans for work (with a tank under because it is a little sheer) or a date.

This is a really cute and flattering top. I love that it is made out of silk too. Drapes perfectly! I would say that it’s true to size. I’m usually xs in courier tops, and got xs in this as well. Madewell, please make this top in other colors as well!!

This shirt is great! It's a little bit of a cream color. It's a bit longer than most madewell tops (which tend to be cropped-ish). Very flattering on, great shirt for work. IMO looks much cuter with jeans or a black skirt than it does with the matching skirt.

This is a little too sheer for me to wear to work, but perfect for casual wear! My sister thinks she could wear it to work, so that’s not a consensus. I’m 5’11” and it is a little short, but fine tucked into high or mid-rise pants or a skirt. The fabric is beautiful and the neckline is very flattering (not too deep or shallow).
