I ordered this bag and it arrived with large holes and gaps in the weave, I was very disappointed as the bag itself is super cute and perfect for a beach vacation. I called CS and was sent a replacement. The second bag was smaller than the first, about 2/3rds the size, it was almost comical Although it was in better condition, it almost looked like it was a child’s bag? They say three times is a charm, but not in this case. Third bag arrived, again with holes in the straw and pieces sticking out, also a different size than one and two? It’s surprising for the price and being a Madewell product that this is just such poor quality, they cannot get it right. Sadly three bags and none are keepers.
