I love and bought many Madewell's bandana - nice and soft and so easy to style. I saw and felt this bandana in the store which is consistent with the quality soft bandana I bought before ... and ordered it online along with my other purchases. But boy, how different was the one I received in the mail!! It was totally different from the one I saw in the store and totally different from the pictures advertised on the website. First of all, the photos online show the bandana is Made in the U.S.A. ... the one I received was Made in China(?!) The bandana I received was thick and cheap looking, NOT the soft, thinner one I saw in the store. It was a final sale but I called customer service, and was able to return the bandana and got my money back (thank you). My advice - if you live near a store, go get the "real" one. Otherwise, don't bother order it online.

I ordered some other bandanas from Madewell this summer and I really like them. Primarily because they are thin and easy to manipulate. This is just a plain old basic boring bandana.
