I joke that it's my FLDS skirt because it reminds me of the Amish and fundamentalists I grew up with - but I unbuttoned two buttons at the bottom and it's really cute and understated, easy sexy. Would buy in three more colors if they existed. Size 4 fits great - I'm a 26 or a small 27 in Madewell jeans. 5'7" 135lbs very athletic build.

This is a great skirt - with pockets! - that I always get compliments on. I love that it does not have an elastic waist and it button-up. I'm 5'7" about 145lbs and the 6 fit me perfectly. It sits high on my waist, but that's where it should go and looks great. It's lightweight for summer and might make a fall transition piece with a sweater on top.

Thought it may be a little prairie looking but actually looks super modern with a ruffle sleeve tee or tank and sandals. Happy with the purchase! 5’6” 135 lbs (well maybe a bit more since quarantine ;) and got size 6, fits well.

I love how this skirt can transition from Spring to Summer to Fall in Southern CA. It's very comfortable and feels very well-made. For reference, I'm 5 ft. 8 in., 110-115 lbs, and the 00 fits me perfectly. This is my typical size in Madewell skirts. It does flare out a little more than I had anticipated, but I can always take it in a bit on the sides if needed.

If you are looking for a stylish and comfortable skirt buy this! You can literally wear this skirt with any type of shirt or sweater- dress it up or down, wear it to work or on the weekends, and look and feel amazing. I sized up because I have larger hips (I'm plus sized) and I was happy with that decision because I like a looser feel. I have ordered skirts from countless plus sized retailers and have had to return because of quality or fit issues, and I had no issues whatsoever with this skirt. I love it so much I have it in multiple colors now. I receive a ton of compliments when I wear it, and feel great.
