See something you love on our site and want it ASAP? Choose In-Store Pickup when you put it in your bag or at checkout and we’ll ship it right to a local store.

Choose In-Store Pick Up whenever you add a new piece to your bag.
STEP 2: CHECK YOUR INBOX
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
STEP 3: PICK UP YOUR PURCHASE
Stop by the express station at your local store or ask an associate for help.
CURBSIDE PICKUP
Contactless curbside pickup is available at select locations—use our store locator to find one near you.
Here’s how it works:
STEP 1: SHOP ONLINE
Choose Curbside Pickup whenever you add a new piece to your bag.
STEP 2: CHECK YOUR INBOX
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. FYI, you’ll need it when you get to the store.
STEP 3: STAY IN YOUR CAR + GIVE US A RING
When you arrive at your store, call the number listed in your email and an associate will confirm your order. Pop the trunk and we’ll bring the good stuff out to you.

DENIM RECYCLING
Drop preloved jeans from any brand off at a store and we’ll resell them on Madewell Forever or repurpose them into housing insulation through Cotton’s Blue Jeans Go Green™ program or another partner. Plus, you’ll get $20 off a new pair.*

Yes, you can return an online order to any Madewell location.
