fit is nice and snug (usually a 25/24, ordered the 24 for a snug but not skin-tight fit). Only complaint is that I wish the ankles were a bit smaller for a sleeker "skinny jean" look.

I use to be the biggest fan of Madewell jeans...until they changed their fabric makeup! Jeans should be all cotton with a touch of spandex. NO polyester. Every time I wear these now I hate the way they feel against my skin. Will be going elsewhere for my next denim purchase.

These are a nice solid, dark wash jean. However, after wearing them for only half a day they are already badly stretched out in the knee. This is the first time I have spent more money on jeans, specifically to address that issue, and I am pretty disappointed.
