I feel like a million bucks in this flannel. It is SO soft and quite thick as far as flannels go, so it's very cozy. I'm 5'4", 117 and I got the XS. It fits me quite properly, not loose like it is on the model. I could have gone with a S as well and I prob would have liked it oversized, but I kinda liked the fitted look of the XS. The plaid is classic and really pops. Perfect with jeans. I wore a cheaper flannel from another store the next day and REALLY noticed the difference. The cheaper one was rough and stiff. This shirt is soft as can be. Thumbs UP.

This shirt is very warm and soft. I gave it a 5 star rating for these reasons including for its sale price. I bought it in an xxs and it's slightly more fitted than on the model. For reference I am 5'6" and 108lbs. I also really like that it's long enough in the front and back to wear with leggings.

love this shirt. it's super cozy and soft. I am 5'5 120lbs and the xs fit perfect. The shirt is also long enough so it covers the bum which I like. Would purchase again!

I love the quality and feel of this shirt - it is SO SOFT! But iI'm tired of these shirts with the long tails. Sure if you are 5'5 and taller maybe it doesn't look so silly but on those of us in the petite realm trying desperately to wear the same cool styles as our taller sisters, it's such a drag! That being said, it was on sale and beautiful so I bought it and took the flannel straight to my tailor to hem. After shortening the length of this top is perfect.

I love this shirt. It's so warm, soft, and comfy, but doesn't look sloppy. The pattern and colors are really warm and flattering. I'm 5'9" and about 145lbs. I've got pretty broad shoulders, fairly long arms, and a small bust. I found that the small was too small, so I got a medium and it fits perfectly. I wear it often and get lots of compliments. I just ordered the one in Rivera blue buffalo check so I don't wear this one out too quickly!

I have several Madewell flannels but this one ranks as one of the softer ones. It's so cozy I wish I could get away with wearing it all the time. Seems slightly more oversized than my others and long enough to cover my backside but I just threw it in the wash so we'll see how it fares. Decently thick weight too. We've been plagued with snow and ice and this flannel has kept me pretty warm. The pattern is kind of retro cool but not too old fashioned.

I love these shirts. I have this color and the windowpane and love them both. The fit is great, perfect length to wear with leggings or skinny jeans. I'm 5 3, 120lbs and wear a small. I don't like the shirts too fits so the shape of this is perfect but not boxy and wide like larger flannels.

I usually wear a size S or M in Madewell, and got a M in this. Although it was oversized at first wear, I am so glad I went with the larger size because after washing it shrank a noticeable amount (it's 100% cotton, and I actually intended to shrink it, so it wasn't a bad thing). It's so so soft and casual-looking -- just what I was looking for in a warm winter flannel. If you buy, I would recommend going with a roomy size when you first try it on, so it will shrink to that perfect "slightly-oversized" look after washing.
