Medium is my go to and I have an athletic build in my legs at 5'10", though these pants are unusually tight around thighs and butt because I think designers were trying to make the "slouchy" look appear flattering by having a little hug. I think it's more of a hassle, since there is little stretch, and I'm mindful of the pajama pants when I'm sitting down or standing up since they're tighter in those areas. I don't really want to think about my pajamas once they're on, though the deal I got on these was excellent, so I'm happy with the color and pattern for the price.

Just ordered these for my brother for christmas. I was expecting them to appear greenish, but they are almost completely grey. I still think they look good, but I feel like the color is misleading online compared to in person. Still happy with the purchase though.
