Um run & buy these right this minute. You need them in your life! I wear them to the office, to run errands & even a night out with friends on the town. They’re super versatile & so, so stretchy, but don’t look like they would be…it’s seriously the best combo, ya know?! I got them for a steal on sale & wish I had bought several pairs cause I know I’ll wear these out soon. I’ve literally worn them 5 days in a row (they’re just THAT amazing). I’ve washed & hung them up on the rack and they keep they’re shape well (stretched out just a tad bit in the best kind of way). So, please do yourself a favor & pick up a pair. TTS

I’ve owned a lot of jeans from countless brands and these are hands down my favorite. Order a size down from your usual Madewell size and it will hit your curves in all the right places. I’m normally a 28 and got a 27 (fuller hips and thighs) and they fit perfectly, are comfy, keep their shape all day, and I get tons of compliments. I can’t say enough good things about these jeans.

LOVE these jeans. I have them in 2 different washes. High rise, ankle length, and just the right amount of stretch. Fitted when you first put them on but they do give a bit as you wear them. The 28 fits great (5’3” 150) btw,tag says roadtripper stovepipe

I love these jeans! I wish I had them in a darker wash as well. They are a great option if you want to try straight jeans, but love your skinny jeans more [aka perfect for me]. I am 5ft3 and short waisted and I purchased the regular length. I almost wish I had bought petite sizing for more styling options, but I cuff them in for certain shoes.

I did order one size up from my usual size in madewell jeans and was fully ready to return as I’ve found the sizing all over the place with their jeans …. These are SO comfortable which I really, really like in my jeans. Great color, haven’t gotten the chance to wear them yet but my hope is the quality is as good as my other Madewell products. I bought them with $20 off after donating some old jeans so all round a real win. I would recommend and I’m sure others would find true to size the way to go :)

Very comfortable style - actually Stovepipe Roadtripper but fits very well and TTS 25. Length was a little bit long on me but still fine and I will continue to look out for this style

I was expecting the 2019 version of slim straight jeans when I bought these, but recieved the "Roadtripper Stovepipe" which I ended up still really liking. They are a comfortable and stylish jean, but I do wish they would bring back the old slim straight style jeans!

Ordered these from an Instagram recommendation. They run a size big, but I've found that Madewell tends to be pretty inconsistent with sizes. I'm usually a 33/16, but ordered a 32 in these and they're super stretchy so they run a size big. The main thing is that the name of the style on the jean was the roadtripper stovepipe, but it was listed as the slim-straight jeans. I don't understand why the name is inconsistent. They stretch out a good bit when you're wearing them, are really high waisted. Feel a little more skinny through the leg than I was expecting. but I do like the wash. Overall an okay jean, but not the best Madewell jeans I've ever bought.

When I saw that Madewell was offering the slim straight style again after having an older pair, I hopped right on ordering. What arrived was the Stovepipe Roadtripper jeans. I immediately reached out thinking I had received the wrong item and customer service was great. However, after planning to reorder and reading one of the other reviewer experience that they had also received the Roadtripper, I opted out. Wondering if there is an issue with these, either misnamed or midadvertised. Quality wise, they are ok. Thinner denim and run large. Not what I was going for.

I bought two sizes in this jean because I knew it had stretch. Both sizes fit but I chose to keep the bigger size (27) because I felt the 26 looked too much like skinny jeans and I wanted the fit to look like the model. Well that was a huge mistake. After wearing them all day they stretched out so much and were so saggy! I was pulling them up constantly. I regret this buying these jeans.
