Mar 01, 2025sizing is wrong
These run so big! I am 26 inch waist, 37 inch hips and i bought size 25 based on the size chart but they were still huge on me!. Its large around my waist and the crotch area was loose. The size chart doesn't make sense. I really like the jeans but I have to return.

I have a natural hourglass shape with a semi athletic built. I know Madewell runs big for me usually (designer jeans I’m usually a 31-32. However, these are huge in a 31. Others said they ran small. I would think you may need to size down because I’m swimming in them. Final sale so hoping hot water and hot dryer will help. For reference I’m 145, 5’4, and a 31/32.

I am a huge fan of Madewell's curvy jeans, but found these to run small compared to other styles I have in the same size. Also, there is a really rigid crotch line that creates a cameltoe.
