I love this skirt and own it in two colors. The fabric wrinkles easily so it requires ironing but otherwise it is super perfect.

This tomato colored dream showed up on my doorstep just in time for a special event. I wore it that night with heels and it was flattering, cool and a perfect length, hitting me below the knee cap (I’m 5’9”). The next day I paired it with a T-shirt and sandals for the park and it worked wonderfully for a hot summer day. I am in love! The button details down both sides are adorable and it has just the right amount of swing and pleating to drape well and not add weight or bulk. I am 5’9” and weigh 140ish and the size 6 fits nicely-I could maybe have gone with a 4, though.

The blue is a great color. This fits TTS. I purchased the 2 and it is fitted in the waist. I steamed the skirt and it held out for the day without being too wrinkled. I wouldn't say this is a slimming skirt but I think it is classic and very on style. I love the lining. Too many companies are not lining skirts/dresses so I really appreciate the lining especially when it would be see through without it being there. The buttons on the side are cute.

I got this late in the summer (August) but was able to wear it into fall. It's just a beautiful, cheery, fun skirt to pair with a tank or a tee and some espadrilles and go. It's cool, soft and comfortable while also being a little flirty. I don't know why some people are saying that there is too much fabric...to me, it's just right. I am 5'10" and usually take a 2 or a 4. Although the 2 fit, I wanted it to be a little looser so I got the 4. No regrets except that now I can't wear it again until next summer!

I love the color, length and feel of this skirt. I have worn it with a tee shirt and plan to top it with a sweater this fall. My favorite feature, the buttons up both sides. I have received so many compliments every time I wear it.

This skirt has become one of my staple pieces. It literally goes with everything. It's a bit much what i would usually spend on a skirt but I have absolutely no regrets. I love the color, texture, and features. There's extra lining inside so your colorful panties don't show. Oh madewell, you know me too well. TLDR; love it, buy it, own it now.

I love the buttons down both sides and the color. The skirt fits true to size and hits me at mid calf (I'm 5'4") There is a double layer of material from the waistband to about mid thigh under the front of the skirt which means you don't need a slip to keep the skirt from being see-through. The material is a nice soft cotton which will definitely wrinkle, but its comfortable and cute and I'm very happy with it.
