with crossover waistband and a 9 1/2" mid rise for a laid-back vibe (they're great for everyone, but an absolute must if you've got a shorter torso). The fabric: made using organic cotton, our best-selling Heritage Stretch denim has an old-school look and a touch of give for a perfectly broken-in feel.

These jeans are so cute and I'm so happy I purchased. I can wear them all day and they're so comfortable. My only complaint is the cross botton is a little odd looking but wouldn't stop me from buying again -- easily covered by clothes as well.

I've been wanting a cross tab one for a while! This is comfortable, kinda retro looking. Mid rise and straight leg with plenty room. I follow the size recommendation and it fits right there! 5'4 and it hits on my sneaker and covers it a little bit. Happy with the purchase and price!

I am 145 lbs and typically purchase a size 25 in jeans. These jeans fit me perfectly (true to size). I have not decided how I will style them as of yet but cannot wait for spring time!

I had been looking for wider leg jean and ordered several pairs - these were by far my favorite! They're flattering and comfortable. I'm in-between sizes and went with my smaller size - they fit great.

So I have a few pairs of Madewell jeans. I love ‘em all. However, these are awesome, great, beautiful, any other words?! The fit; perfect. Size down. I usually take a 31 in PV but these are perfect in a 30. Just enough stretch but not baggy and don’t lose their shape after wearing all day running errands etc, They hang/drape nicely on the body. I was very leery of them being mid rise but they sit just right. I usually don’t just go on and on but I’ll be getting more of these bc I’m really hoping they make more colors and even a corduroy or utility pant. I’ll buy them all as funds allow of course! 😁 Oh! The crossover button waistband. Absolutely awesome and they do not roll or get all weird. I definitely had my concerns about these but I’m getting another of these exact ones and hoping for my size to come back in stock soon!

So comfortable and cool. I love the look and trying on new tops and layers. Have 27” waist and 37” hips. I like the way size 26 fits. You can use a belt or not. The denim is not too heavy which allows the drape to look like well-loved, often worn jeans.
